Information on the processing of personal data

Pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), Innovazionedigitale Srl, as Data Controller, intends to provide all the information relating to the operations carried out regarding the processing of personal data of visitors to its website. Personal data will be processed in full compliance with the principles established by the GDPR, in a lawful, correct, transparent manner, for purposes strictly related to those indicated below and guaranteeing the protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of the interested parties. The Data Controller of personal data has its registered office in Via San Brunone, 21 – 20156 MILAN.

Information on treatment

Innovazionedigitale believes that the privacy of its users is a fundamental asset to its business. The privacy policy adopted by Innovazionedigitale, the information activity carried out in relation to the data processing activities of visitors and customers of the website, the preparation of technological measures aimed at guaranteeing the security of the data processed, clearly demonstrate the commitment and reliability of our Company regarding the processing of personal data.

Processing purposes

We will process website visitor data for the following purposes:


  1. Respond to requests for information about our services or to request a meeting with one of our specialists
  2. Respond to inquiries about our partnership plans as an Agency, Reseller or TELCO;
  3. For support requests;

Personal data processed

For processing purposes a), b) and c), the personal data processed will be personal data and contact details (name, surname, e-mail address). 

Legal basis of the treatment

In compliance with the Art. 6 of the Regulation, the processing is based on the implicit consent of the interested party and expressed through the spontaneous sending of the data.

Data origin

The personal data being processed are provided directly by the site visitor by filling in the appropriate forms on the website or by sending direct communications to the Data Controller.

Processing methods

The treatment takes place through operations or complexes of operations of collection, recording and organization of the data: processing, including modification, comparison/interconnection; use, including consultation and communication; storage; cancellation. The data is stored and controlled through the adoption of suitable security measures aimed at minimizing the risks of loss and destruction, unauthorized access, processing not permitted and not compliant with the purposes for which consent to collection is given. The treatment can be carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means or in paper format.

Data Communication

Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated to the following categories of authorized subjects to whom specific instructions have been given:

  • Commercial office;
  • Technical department;
  • Human resources office;
  • Function or area managers;
  • Direction


The data may then be processed by third parties who will act as Data Processors in relation to an agreement entered into with the Data Controller; a list of these subjects is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller.

Data transfer abroad

There are no transfers of personal data collected through the site to non-EU countries.

Duration of treatment

The data processing will last no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the collection. In any case, the treatment will not exceed the period of 2 years.

Rights of the interested parties

Pursuant to the European Regulation, interested parties have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16), cancellation of the same or oblivion (art. 17) , the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning him (art. 18) or to oppose their treatment (art. 21). If the processing of personal data is based on the express consent of the interested party, pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 3 of the Regulation, the subject has the possibility to revoke his consent at any time.

The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge (Article 77 of the Regulation) if he believes that the treatment carried out by the Data Controller is not compliant.
